Franchisee Requirements

Your role as a Franchisee

Your focus as a Family Fare Franchisee will be to not only sell products but also provide the highest level of service and support to your customers. Family Fare Franchisees are energetic, bright, hard-working entrepreneurs dedicated to making their stores a success.

Beyond customer service and sales, you will also be responsible for:

Staff Management

The recruitment, selection, and retention of store employees.

Operations

Direction all store operations, such as inventory and employee scheduling.

Policy Adherence

Ensuring the store is in adherence with Family Fare policies and brand standards.

To Franchise with Family Fare:

Family Fare relies on the entrepreneurial drive, leadership, and energy of our Franchisees to independently manage their franchise stores. With our ongoing commitment, the Family Fare Franchisee opportunity gives you the freedom and independence to run your own business, but without the risks normally associated with self-employment. As a Family Fare Franchisee striving for success, there’s one thing you can count on: Family Fare will help you get there.

Meeting these requirements does not mean you will be selected as a Franchisee.

Have U.S. citizenship (or permanent residency) and be at least 21 years old.

Pass a comprehensive background check.

Complete a Credit Check: No bankruptcy in your financial history.

Retail Experience

Language proficiency – Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
